Vapes, also known as electronic cigarettes are a device used as an alternative to smoking cigarettes. They heat a liquid that becomes a vapour people can breathe in. They usually contain nicotine, which is the addictive chemical in cigarettes. E-cigarettes do not contain tobacco, which is the harmful part of cigarettes that causes cancer.

Thousands of people in the UK have already managed to quit smoking with the help of a vape. An NHS study found that “people who used e-cigarettes to quit smoking can be up to twice as likely to succeed as people
who used other nicotine replacement products, such as patches or gum.”

Research so far has shown that vaping is far less harmful than smoking cigarettes with governing bodies such as Public Health England reporting “e-cigarettes are 95% less harmful to your health than normal cigarettes, and when supported by a smoking cessation service, help most smokers to quit tobacco altogether.”

Unfortunately, there has been an influx of cheap inauthentic products both here & abroad which have resulted in some health concerns & bad press for vaping in general. The UK has done a great job of stamping down on fake & illegal products which do not meet their stringent TPD compliance laws however there are still bad products out there. To mitigate these risks we strongly encourage you to only buy TPD compliant products from a reputable seller and to authenticate them as genuine before use. You should never use any non-compliant illegal vapes such as ‘high puff disposables’.

Nowadays genuine vape products all have security tabs on their packaging. Most of them have a QR code that you can simply scan with your smartphone or a scratch & verify tab which will reveal a code you can enter on the manufacturer’s website to check authenticity. At Exhale we only buy from accredited manufacturers or wholesalers so we know every product we stock is genuine, but it still does no harm for you to get in to the habit of checking. Unfortunately, many other retailers are not so diligent and there are cases of fakes being sold online & in high street shops.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You can cancel your order anytime before it has been sent for delivery. If you are too late to cancel but would like to return it then we can process a refund or exchange for most goods as long as they are unused & in their original condition.

We send all parcels by 1st class tracked delivery which should arrive with you within 1-2 business days of your parcel being collected for delivery.
